We want you to love your Jaded Rose purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Change of mind
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@jadedrose.com.au. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are non refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Sale items
Sale and promotional items are final and cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty.

Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
